This is an older hotel with the upgrades/renovations to bring it closer to more modern hotels. Our corner room was small but decent. I would not categorize it as a luxurious room, nor was the price point commensurate with the quality of the room.
The communal spaces were nice. The hotel restaurant was good. The location was good.
Check in was hampered by too many guests crowded around the counter. The counter height was too high making it impossible for a shorter customer to interact with the team members who must stand behind a computer monitor when interacting with guests. In my case the team member had to awkwardly lean to the side to establish eye contact with me and he had to reach around the monitor to take my credit card. My initial check in experience marred my perception of how this hotel interacted with guests.
The staff were generally professional and helpful.
