Our first time booking a tour via Klook and it definitely won't be the last! We booked the Niagara Falls Day Tour which included the Journey Behind the Falls and roundtrip transportation. The experience was 100% stress-free. Our driver was very friendly, professional, and gave very clear instructions throughout the trip, which we really appreciated as first-timers. My husband and I truly enjoyed the breathtaking views without worrying about the commute. Highly recommended for couples who want a seamless trip!

Our tour guide, Andrew was an absolute delight and extremely welcoming. He was very down to earth, knowledgeable and engaging. Our friends have the same tour booked under our recommendation so hopefully they get Andrew! Only thing that could be improved would be the timing - it was quite tight but through no fault of the tour guide. We were in a larger group and there were people lagging behind (e.g. hopping off the bus slowly ~10min wasted) and multiple times people were late to the bus (the same group were 10min late and decided to change on the bus and hold us all back, and on another occasion a man was 15min late to the bus). In total we probably wasted 30min due to these customers but Andrew remained kind and engaging the entire time. A small suggestion would be to enforce the time limit and remind them sternly, because it was quite unfair for the other paying customers on the same bus. However this tour was definitely worth every cent and Niagara was absolutely stunning.

There's a free maple syrup factory tasting arranged. I heard the Canadian side of Niagara Falls is relatively more scenic (I didn't take the optional boat tour, as I was afraid of getting wet and having to wash clothes). It's worth purchasing the direct bus service from downtown Toronto to the falls.

Alex was a very polite and entertaining guide. When I started feeling unwell during the tour, he was flexible and accommodating. The tour content was also excellent, and it was the most enjoyable tour I've ever experienced.

Lovely trip! Our tour guide Tracey was very helpful and informative. The weather was bad but we still managed to have a good time.

We joined the English-speaking tour, and our guide, Caliche, was very professional. Before we set off, he thoroughly explained how to use the bicycles and covered all safety precautions, ensuring every participant was comfortable riding before we departed. Along the way, he meticulously looked after everyone, ensuring our safety amidst the busy traffic. He also shared interesting anecdotes at various historical sites and took photos of each member at every photo spot, allowing us to discover unexpected views. The only minor drawback was that to accommodate everyone's cycling abilities, we didn't have enough time to visit Lawrence Market. Overall, cycling through the city's main attractions in half a day gave us a good overview of the city, saved us a lot of walking, and was very time-efficient. It's definitely worth experiencing.

I had an amazing Niagara Falls tour from Downtown Toronto! Everything was well organized, comfortable, and ran on time. The scenery was incredible, and we had plenty of time to enjoy the different stops along the way. A special thank you to our tour guide, Isan, who made the experience even better. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and kept the group engaged throughout the trip. He shared interesting facts, gave clear instructions, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and enjoyed the day. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you have Isan as your guide. A must when you want to explore Toronto. You can easily hop off and enjoy more time in tourist spots then hop on again to the next bus arriving in 15 to 20 minutes. Such a great experience.
