It is well situated for our visits to Austin. However, the staff did not inform us of any of the benefits that were supposed to come with our room. The restaurant was a wonderful surprise - great staff, views, and food!

We were there three days. Never saw the cleaning staff. Said they would do a daily light clean - never happened never got garbage, never gave us fresh towels, never gave us additional coffee cups. Don't like the shower, no where to set your foot when shaving legs.also, we arrived a few hours early and simply asked if a room might already be available. We were told we have to pay an extra $30 to go into a room before the stated checkin time. Just not customer oriented.

Pros: Very nice staff, beautiful bathroom remodel, easy parking, close to Austin. Overall good value Cons: not all of the rooms are well maintained. When we first arrived the lock to our room needed new batteries (waited 25 min in hallway to get into room)
