寒流、寒流、寒流來襲的大年初一，整晚沒有熱水。 最先幫兩個小朋友同時洗，微微溫的水，勉強、快速的半擦洗完成，間隔約十分鐘之後，開始沒熱水。 22：30前全部家人睡覺了，刻意再等到23：30，在浴室邊發抖、邊流掉幾分鐘的水，還是沒有半滴熱水(連溫都沒有）。兩間房大人全部沒有洗澡入睡。房間佈置的再另小朋友喜歡，都是枉然。

停車：空間很大，車很好停。 進出：大門使用數位密碼鎖很方便。 房間：這次訂的房間有溜滑梯，小朋友玩到都不想睡了，房間很乾淨，冷氣是日立的頓數夠一下就冷了，吹風機風量也大，不是一般中小型的，洗澡水也很強。 整體上很滿意，房間外也有冷熱飲水機，很方便。 要離開時剛好遇到老闆剛騎車回來，聊了一下，也是三鐵達人，有機會會再入住。

1.住宿方頁面載名提供兒童泳池，現場卻未裝設，屬誘導欺騙消費者。 2.連住兩日，備品飲用水及毛巾只有一日份。 3.頁面載明有陽台，實際非屬陽台，只是一個雨遮蓬，寬度不達30公分，且對外門根本無法開啟。 4.床非常硬，躺的很不暑輔。 5.周遭環境什麼都沒有，非常不便利。 6.以疫情之名不提供早餐。 7.房間非常非常小。 8.同樣價格你可以選擇更多大空間且更好的住宿，強烈不推薦來此。

這間民宿很不錯，客房很乾淨，備品也都齊全，早餐菜色很多，但供應時間08:00開始，個人覺得有點晚，唯一客房的空間太小，放2張雙人床，剩餘的活動空間小，離冬山老街約10分鐘車程很方便
