Great stay. Short walk to old town. Free bikes to borrow and they always greeted us with free water bottles. Great hosts.

Honestly one of the best boutique hotels we have ever stayed in, the view from the balcony was awesome and the location was perfect. Our hosts were amazing and so helpful. Totally recommend for a chilled stay in Hoi An.

We stayed here as a family and at first I wasn’t sure what to expect since it felt more like a homestay than a hotel — no reception or breakfast area like you’d normally see. But it turned out to be such a wonderful experience. The rooms were huge, it being connecting rooms, giving us all the space we needed with separate bathrooms and a lovely balcony overlooking the river. It was so convenient to be able to dry our clothes outside and still enjoy the view of the riverside. The real highlight was the hosts. The owner and his family went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Especially,, the host (Mon), he was incredibly kind, attentive, and even became friends with our kids — they felt safe and happy around him, which meant a lot. He helped us book excursion, provided free bikes, and personally cooked us breakfast every day, happily adjusting it when we asked for something different. The service truly felt 10/10, with a personal touch you don’t get in bigger hotels. A couple of small downsides: the pool was really more of a plunge pool, so the kids wished it was bigger, though we could use the next-door pool for a small fee. Also on some nights the live music across the street was very loud until about 10:00pm, which was a bit disruptive. Overall, our 11-day stay was a lovely and memorable experience. The warmth and hospitality of the family made it so special. I’m sure my children will forever remember this.

The host, Muội was very kind and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was tasty and the hotel is close to Old Town. Highly recommend for a stay in Hoi An.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave us the directions to the highlights and called the taxi for us.

작은빌라 숙소 이지만 스텝들이 하나하나 신경 써주어 현지투어 교통 사소한것들을 다 도와 줘서 몇가지 단점들을 상쇄 시킬수 있었음
