service: Nobody picks up the phone when we call even though they claim to be in service 24 hour. Hardly any staff around when need help, only once in a while. Cleanliness: Whole room was very clean! Location: Very good, everything is very nearby. Street food, convenience store, restaurant, cafes & even famous places. Remark: the soundproof in the room is terrible. you can hear people in the next room talking, laughing, shouting, flushing toilet, taking bath, etc. Hard to sleep at night if the next door neighbor stay up late.
