i love their concepts! creative and cute! but probably due to lack of maintenance, the property seems shabby. the toilet was not really clean. but enjoy the staying.

nice staycation. it’s just one of the receptionist is quite not too friendly. and the cash deposit not mentioned in the booking invoice. luckily I bring ngam² cash to pay the deposit. as far as i know the day I checked in, they didn’t accept any online or card transactions. and they didn’t response on my query email before I booked. that’s all. overall okay and nice vacay. thanks

Everything was great at this hotel. However, iam a bit unhappy regarding the amnities inside the room. During my stayed, the water heater was not function. The phone was not provided for us to call room services. Slipper also not provided. There was no tissue. Other than that, my kid enjoyed the pool. And me enjoyed the scenery.

Free parking. Swimming Pool is good, nice lightings during night time. Stayed here for few times before MCO. Room maintenance not so good compare to few years ago, sofa is dirty, in room safety box is locked when check-in, one of the ceiling in toilet is open. Breakfast still the same, unlimited order of food Breakfast quality is dropping, croissant is hard like rock, the mushroom of the western breakfast had been changed to Chinese mushroom. Hope the hotel will improve the issues
