Our toilet was flooded and the room was mouldy. Swimming facilities was quite run down. Breakfast was unsatisfactory - dark, food not top up & lack of sincerity from servers.

overall clean n good hotel. their train is only a few steps away. easy to get to klcc or pavillion area by train( no transfer needed) only thing is I have not gotten a refund of my deposit which is rm200 per night. thank you for a wonderful stay will be back n recommended

Via Klook we had breakfast included but staffs said no breakfast. After showing them the deal, they reluctantly said ok. Next morning, our room number was not part of the free breakfast. We had to do the same thing all over again. Breakfast spread was so so and Insufficient even before the buffet end of service
