Great

It was lovely - the only thing I would’ve improved were the rooms, the bathroom space is open plan (not the loo or shower), I’d have preferred it enclosed.

Shower doors could do with replacing as they leak a lot!!! Staff so helpful. I left my charger and jacket in my room (and checked out). Called them 5 hours later and they were so helpful. Collected the two items (in a sealed bag two days later). Very honest cleaning room staff too. See you again soon.

First of all the hotel is located near the central area of Manchester, very convenient for Bridgewater Hall where we wanted to be. The staff were the main attraction the hotel had to offer. They were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. This is a boutique style hotel so rooms look good but are a bit quirky. The bathroom (Shower and sink) are part of the bedroom so offers little privacy. Creates issue when someone wants to use the bathroom toilet during the night as light - lights up the whole room. The water supply and pressure were pretty awful - low pressure and very difficult to get a balance temperature. The water is obviously pumped since there is no water at all until you insert the room card in the card holder to turn on power (and water). Would suggest that they need to turn the pressure up on this pump as a matter of urgency.. I found the bed too firm and lumpy to give a comfortable nights sleep coupled with cheap pillows that were more suited to a one or two star hotel than a four star boutique. No drawers anywhere in the room - 1 wardrobe with 2 shelves. Small TV with good range of channels and apps. Breakfasts were generally good but lacked a little in choice - all the basics but little variety (only 2 types of cereal for example). No brown or whole-wheat sliced bread. Very good bar and restaurant on the ground floor. All in all, I felt the room sacrificed function for design. Cant really recommend, even though the staff were great.

Really enjoyed our stay here at the INNSiDE by Melia (Manchester location). Staff were extremely polite and helpful from the get-go - and though we arrived earlier than the check in time we were accommodated and allowed to use the spa area (shower, sauna) to freshen up after a long international flight. Very happy with the hotel, room, amenities etc. The location is very convenient…it’s near some awesome coffee shops, cafe’s, and also not far from main Manc’s city center.
