We stay in Royale Chulan Damansars for 6 days and 5 nights. The staff are very accomodating and approachable. We really enjoy our stay, foods are also nice and the location is convenient to many tourist destination.

The room was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The staff were warm, friendly, and highly professional, making the stay truly enjoyable. The location was excellent with easy access to shopping and dining. Overall, an outstanding stay and excellent value for money.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience from the moment I checked in. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. One of the things I appreciated most — which may seem small to some but meant a lot to me — was the parking rate of RM4 per day throughout my stay, with no additional charges after check-out. That was truly convenient and thoughtful. I have only a minor comment regarding the bathroom in the room. I believe the floor level could be reviewed or adjusted slightly, as water tends to flow out from the toilet area and make the front section wet, especially if used by children. Apart from that, everything else was truly satisfying. Thank you to your team for the warm hospitality and great service.

The hotel is quite old. Lobby, carpack and lift is still ok but the room looks outdated with flaking wallpapers, stained carpet, damped smell and scratched furnitures. Check in time stated in Klook is 2pm but the actual time is 3pm. We reach around 2pm and the staff said would call us as soon as the cleaning was done. We waited till 3pm yet no call was made. It seems that the staff had forgotten about us. The basement parking was charged at RM4 nett per day for guests. The hotel is connected to MRT so it's very convenient. It's near to The Curve Mall and IKEA Damansara. Breakfast buffet is average but service is good. They serve nasi lemak, fried rice, spaghetti/noodles, soup, porridge, pastries, eggs, roti canai, chapati, chicken, sambal sotong, wedges, salad, fruits and drinks.
