無人です。ホテルの鍵のパスワードがわからず、長い間ホテルに入ることができませんでした。台湾語がわからない日本人は避けた方がいいです。システムがとてもわかりにくいので大変苦しみました。

祝日前日とは言え、5300元超の宿泊費は驚きです。そしてそのクオリティは価格に全く及びません。 ・フロントが無人です。1階にインターフォンがありますが確実にコンタクト取れるわけではありません。そして8ヶ国語対応の支払いマシーンでチェックイン手続きを取らされます。トラブルの為先のインターフォンで呼び出して出てきた管理人はプロフェッショナルとは程遠く、服装も長期滞在者か不法侵入者のようです。愛想もありません。 ・極力人権費カットの方向でサービス全般がないがしろで、事前の情報が十分であればいいのですが、公式サイトの情報が全く足りません。 ・朝食チケット（日系ファーストフード店。80元。）がデリバリーなのかショップへ行くのか、英語メモが曖昧ではっきりしません。結局1キロ離れたショップへ指定された時間に徒歩で。辿り着いた日系バーガーショップは大変な混雑で、20分超待たされました。灼熱や台風の中だったら、クルマがない外国人旅行者は朝食抜くしかないのでしょうか？ ・館内や部屋、テレビ等に不具合があってもすぐにホテル側にコンタクト取れません。サービスの質が低いだけでなく、安全面でも非常に問題があります。宜蘭県政府がこのホテルの営業を取り消しても全く驚きません。むしろ取り消すべきレベル。施設はまあまあいいので、優良な同業者が買い叩いてほしい。 ・まあまあ清潔、温泉は本物っぽい、という以外全て不愉快です。

空間寬敞～ 浴室熱水來的很慢。溫泉區只有淋浴設備很怪！ 沙發區的地毯，不乾淨。 室內燈光較為昏暗，隊四人入住的房型不大合適！ 門外可以聞到「臭水溝」的氣味，感覺不好。
