GreatStayed with partner
Perfect location and very convenient. This place has pretty much everything one can need while vacationing; extremely close to sights and a restaurant/bar should you need food/drinks. My only complaint, and a minor one, at that, is that there's no direct line of communication with the front desk other than having to go to the front desk whenever something is needed. In my case, I needed extra towels, so I had to go from the 5th floor to the front desk to request them. They were prompt in meeting my request, but it's something that I traditionally call from the room to request. Again, minor, given all the positives this please has to offer. Super quiet rooms! Will definitely try to stay here again if I'm in London.

GoodStayed with partner
When you book with Expedia, you can’t do the self check in so don’t even try because you lose your place in line. The hotel is in a great location, so the convenience was worth it. We only got breakfast one day and it was a waste of money. Tasteless and not much of a selection. I’m not a picky eater and it made us a little nauseated. We wouldn’t have been able to eat that every day. The room was very basic. I would only recommend it for the location and the hot shower with strong water pressure.

The location is genuinely great, that's the highlight. Unfortunately, the rooms are very small and missing some things I'd expect even at this price point: no fridge, no phone in the room. There's also no bellboy service to help with luggage.

Below averageStayed with family · For friends and family
I am very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. When we arrived, the staff did not inform us that the air conditioning in our room was broken. We only found out after getting settled in, which was extremely frustrating and inconvenient.
What made the situation worse was that no compensation, refund, or discount was offered. The only response we received was, “Sorry, the AC broke, and we can fix it.” While I understand that maintenance issues can happen, guests should be informed of major problems like this before checking into a room.
A working air conditioner is a basic expectation, especially when paying for a hotel stay. If the hotel cannot provide the accommodations that were promised, guests should be offered appropriate compensation or a refund.
Think twice before staying here. If a hotel cannot provide a comfortable and functioning room, it should take responsibility and make things right for its guests.
