This is the best place to stay in London. The staff of this amazing gem of a hotel are kind, helpful, and the nicest people. We travel to London regularly and this will be the only hotel that we will ever stay. Breakfast was exceptional. Atmosphere peaceful and relaxing. Very quiet and very relaxing. I love this hotel.

All staff were very on the ball and anxious to please. Breakfast was excellent - many choices and delivered promptly. Evening meal again had good choice and promptly delivered. Room was good size, bed very comfortable and other seating in room. Have made several return visits for good reason.
