The check-in procedure was fast and smooth. The staffs are very helpful as we notice our room have water leakage during raining, they immediately arrange for room changes.

Had a great stay at Sunway Lost World Hotel! Went to the theme park.. The room was spacious enough for 3 people and very clean, from the beds and furniture to the bathroom and all the amenities. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is also very strategic—just a 5-minute walk to Sunway City, where you can find plenty of shops and food options, even at night. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
