awesome place to bring family and nice view

Beautiful view & all the staffs are all super kind & helpful 🫶🏻 above my expectation. Not run down at all / bad like how it’s described on the reviews. Probably because they’ve improved. The lagoon pool doesn’t seem dirty and has no strange or bad smell as people previously mentioned. It’s seem to be well-maintained and clean. Becareful when bringing a child or make sure to put on mosquito repellant on your child in case. My room was facing the drain where the lake water was filtered.. not “garden view” 😅 but okay for the price as the room was quite spacious. Please keep improving as this hotel has really high potential to be like other 5 stars hotel. Breakfast was nice too. Will surely comeback ✨ cleanliness: all good breakfast: provided & nice breakfast with variety of food. but need to come early. I came late once & the cereal was a bit stale already, many breakfast food finished. transport access: free buggy service to the mines and back to hotel provided. Buggy driver baik 👍🏻✨

All went well and pleasant stay..calm and warm welcome, comfortable room and also the beautiful view..surely repeat!!!

Good place to stay within distance from concerts, walking distance to shopping mall.

Overall my 1 night staycation at here all good.. Hotel Staffs are friendly and nice. Hotel still looks good. Just that i got baby crib that cannot lock. The lock already broken i guess. So we have to diy to lock it by our ownself., cuz the tecnician didn’t come, and we just realize this lock issue a bit late it was already night. The rest ok for me 👍🏻Thanks.
