Would have liked hot water from bathroom sink for shaving. Key card frequently needed multiple tried before room would open. No in-room safe.

It was okay. Decent location close to bts nana station, friendly helpful staff, but unfortunately the bed was too hard. Felt like I was sleeping on a box spring instead of mattress. If staying here, one night would be okay if you desperately need something for the night.
