What truly makes this hotel special is its people. Every member of the staff greeted me with a genuine smile and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their hospitality made me feel welcomed and valued throughout my visit.

Clean room but firm bed. Too many large lights over the desk area made it less practical. Excellent staff. Basic rooms with walking showers are great but upgrade rooms with a shower over the bath are actually a downgrade in my opinion. Breakfast is very basic and staff did not have a shared understanding of what was on offer, however the staff were very attentive and always smiling which was nice.

This is at most a 3 star hotel. Overpriced for what it is, which I found to be an issue in Chiang Mai. In an effort to be artsy there are exposed pipes on a cement ceiling. When other guests used the shower or toilet water would loudly run through the pipes. Air quality was mediocre as was cleanliness. Breakfast was mediocre - although had rave reviews from previous guests.
