Excellent service, a wonderful location, everything was spotless, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was cosy and lovely. The staff were very friendly. I would 100% recommend it.

Convenient location

Clean, good location, helpful staff. Typical English hotel though…small room and no real air conditioning.

This hotel is in a great location just by the tube and across from the young V&A. We had an under ground twin room which I was worried about but it was great. The beds were so comfy and it was bright and didn't feel claustrophobic. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Especially if going to an event at the London stadium.

I arrived at midnight and was faced with a choice of twin beds or double and no window on either - not great . The staff were pleasant and room was v clean but claustrophobic in heat

Stayed one night to go to a concert at the London stadium - excellent location to do this. Had booked a twin room, which I had not realised was windowless, however, it was fine for our needs of an overnight stay, and the air conditioning worked well! The room was modern, very clean and well appointed, albeit very small, however there were coffee making facilities and they provided two bottles of water for free. The bathroom was very small, but again very clean, and the shower was powerful. The staff were incredibly helpful in checking us in and explaining everything, and there was someone at reception 24/7 which was good. We didn't really use the amenities so can't comment on those. I would definitely recommend this hotel for an overnight or short stay in that area, even though the price did seem quite a lot for a small twin room, it was a lovely modern hotel and was incredibly convenient for going to the London stadium.

Great stay ideal location for the concert we went too staff friendly and helpful

Apart from having the wrong remote control for the in room tv (easily sorted by the very helpful reception staff), the stay was everything you would expect from a very small, but adequate room. Just would have liked a window to be able to tell when it was dark/light, but otherwise no complaints.
