Superb!! The staff are incredible and made our return journey seamless.. they are so welcoming and very attentive. The hotel is a perfect location especially as we went to see a concert in Hyde Park! It’s a gem of a hotel right in the heart of London…

The staff at this property were heaven! I had a traveling snafu, and they handled everything perfectly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a boutique and bespoke experience. I love the hotel the location and the cigar lounge but the hotel was against to book throw hotels.com because the don’t offer any benfits like upgrade to a higher category specially that I book disabled room throw hotels by mistake
