I decided to stay an extra night and the front desk staff was happy to let me stay in the same room - having booked on klook which was much cheaper than other platforms. I gave 4 stars cos some staff didn’t bother to greet me - like I’m invisible cos not white. Don’t make it so obvious - greeting white guests and not me - Asian. I’m quite tanned Chinese so could be mistaken as a local. It’s 2026 time to treat everyone equally.

Unfortunately I didn't take any photo. But the stay is indeed pleasant. From the grand lobby, the proximity to Terminal 21 shopping mall, and the BTS + MRT is an added bonus. You can walk to emsphere or take a short BTS ride to Siam paragon. Daily fridge items are also free to drink. There is a small kitchen if you wanna cook, and washing machine to clean your clothes.

Perfect location for tourists-the hotel has direct access via escalator to BTS line and MRT. it is also has direct access to Terminal 21 shopping mall. Our Grand Suite room was perfect for us with washer/dryer, spacious, plenty of closets (5), living room and kitchenette. Buffet breakfast plenty of choices. The lobby is immaculate and the staffs are very helpfu. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay at Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 again and again!
