I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and the only negative feedback is that the front desk person did not think outside the box and help guest save money like last year. This person didn't order a Bolt shared riding service to the North Pattaya bus terminal but rather than taxi. After she gave me the quote for a taxi $200 baht, I said no way. It is less than 2 km away from the hotel. I got a person walking by to order the Bolt and only costed me $72 baht and I paid the driver as I don’t have the apps. Last year the front desk person had no trouble ordered me a Bolt but this time around a different front desk person refused. Like other guests the hotel staff should do everything in their power to make them happy but this time she failed.

Great location, a 2-min walk and you’re already at the beach. And a good 10-min walk going to Fairtex which is our reason for going to Pattaya. Room is kinda small compared to other hotels we’ve been to though, esp if you have big luggages.

very good location, one look away from beach. nice play to chill and sleep, lack stuffs tho—we didn’t have toothbrush on our rooms. the room sizes are also not the same. we booked 2 rooms, the 1st was nice but our 2nd room were cramped. tho loved their staff and overall vibe :))
