Fantastic
The cabin with its verandah looked straight out onto the beach, where dolphins regularly swam past. The whole resort and its facilities were well maintained & staffed by lovely employees. There were lots of walks, including beach walks to do and interact with wildlife and take photos of the flora. Restaurants and bars were well placed to view the beach & ocean, with Happy Hours every evening. The location was very quiet with the stars of the show being the dolphins. A wonderful get away and recharge venue. Denham is just down the road and the whole area has numerous tourist attractions and lots of tours for those who wish. Our cabin was bright & clean with housekeeping each day by very accommodating staff. Airconditioning, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, fridge and in the bathroom a very good hair dryer. There are two pools, a mini golf course, shop for souvenirs and limited groceries. Several accommodation options including a caravan park that emus often walk through. Very family friendly. One can also fly there and be collected by a transfer van from the establishment for a nominal fee.

Great
Lovely room overlooking the bay. Staff were wonderful and the resort is very nice. It is very family friendly which is both a positive and a negative. Staying during school holidays reduces the relaxed feel we imagine this place would otherwise have.

Considering we paid top dollar for what was advertised as a “resort,” the experience was very substandard. The room had several issues — the taps were connected the wrong way around, which made using them confusing, and once we figured that out, the water pressure was terrible. It also took a long time for the hot water to come through. On arrival, we had to search through cupboards to find towels and hand towels, and there was no bathmat provided, which really shouldn’t happen at this price point. The food was below the standard we expected, and being woken early by noisy leaf blowers right outside our room made it difficult to relax. These things added up and definitely impacted the overall comfort of our stay. That said, the location and views were absolutely amazing, and that helped ensure our experience wasn’t completely tarnished. Still, given the cost and the number of issues we encountered, I would think twice about staying here again unless improvements are made.

Property generally in need of refurbishment. Looks a bit shabby on the exterior. On site store has limited range for self catering. Heated pool great!

Fantastic

Solo stay

This is a fantastic place that is quite literally paradise on earth. I had only one issue during my stay and that was the food from the bar was terrible. In hindsight I should have booked the restaurant, but I was only stopping for a single night. Will definitely stay again though. It’s beautiful.

The property was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. While the room were smaller than expected but has the AC with cool and heating function, however, the soundproofing could have been better. The dolphin experience was great! And the volunteers were professional. Overall, a decent stay for the family.
