Everything was well presented and kept in good condition. Will being staying there again in te not too distant future.

We did not like how there wasn’t a designated footpath to walk back into town as it was unsafe to walk along a major road during the day and at night if you want to go into town for dinner. Also, the showers took ages for the hot water to come on and when they did it was very little water pressure.

on arrival the reception staff was on the phone taking a booking whilst there was two people waiting. he gave no indication or acknowledgement that he has even seen the people waiting. ACCOR HOTEL should be embarrassed at the lack of professionalism of the restaurant. firstly there had 1 person serving and didn't even look at patrons waiting to be seated. I had to go tot bar to order room service and was greeted with "Its going to take a while depending on what you want (at this stage the restaurant had three tables occupied. I chose a quick option of Steak fries and Onion Rings which cost me $29. (very expensive) then I proceeded to wait for over 1 hour for delivery and only received it 20 minutes after I went back up top the bar to ask where it was? when delivered the steak fries were inedible. they weren't even cooked properly. by this time i was so annoyed I didn't even bother to complain which would have fallen on deaf ears as they clearly didn't care less. disappointing management who was sat his desk even when he could see the restaurant staff member was struggling. Would not recommended and will never stay there again. Overall room was lovely but the service from the staff was horrible. Do better ACCOR.

A great place to stay

Clean, quiet and spacious rooms. Great value for money

We stayed for one night and were impressed throughout. The room is large, spotlessly clean, and recently renovated — you can tell they've invested in upgrading the space. The bed is genuinely comfortable, and everything feels fresh. Reception staff were attentive and friendly. A nice surprise was the welcome package in the room — complimentary bottle of red, chocolates, and bottled water. Those little touches make a difference. The location is peaceful, facilities are good, and this is solid, well-run accommodation. Prices are reasonable for what you get. Worth the visit if you're exploring Clare Valley.

We were upgraded since our room’s heating was not working. Helpful staffs responded immediately.
