Staff is SUPER helpful, and cleaning staff the best! Great location, just minutes from Earl’s Court Station, which will take you straight to mid-London or Heathrow (in normal times). If you like to sit outside at the end of the day, there is no longer a rooftop lookout, a huge disappointment. Also the hotel outdoor space in front of the lobby is overwhelmed by smokers, and not well maintained. This should be a non-smoking area. Antonio, and his desk colleagues, and the concierge staff are the best! Also the Tesco grocery store next door is really a good place to stock your kitchenette. Breakfast definitely above average.

Our family stay at Residence Inn by Marriot Kensington, London May 8-12, 2026 was a wonderful experience.
The staff and service are Outstanding! attentive, professional, polite, helpful and truly service-oriented.
Rooms & facilities are very good. The Tesco supermarket is 3 minutes walking distance - it's super convenient & perfect for groceries, desserts etc.
Earls court underground station is a 10 minute walk.
One of the best 'value for money' properties we've enjoyed in a long time.
A very special appreciation for Manager, Laust Anderson and hotel staff Joseph for making our stay truly memorable as well as to front desk staff Saif, Matin and Bianca.
Looking forward to staying at this property again when visiting London.

We were overall very happy with our stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was pleasant, and we had been looking forward to this trip for a long time.
Unfortunately, the AC in my parents’ room did not work during our stay. The hotel staff tried to help but were unable to fix the issue, and instead provided a portable fan, which unfortunately did not make much difference as the room temperature never went below 29°C.
This was especially disappointing since the trip was meant to celebrate my parents’ 60th wedding anniversary, making the situation feel a bit unfortunate.
Despite this issue, we still appreciated the hotel overall and hope this can be improved for future guests.
