Fantastic
My second visit Lovely hotel - the twin room is excellent the beds are on the bigger size The room very clean shower excellent Staff are very friendly & helpful Great location by Waterloo station and bus stop Q into the city Breakfast was excellent Didn’t try the bar Ps we used black taxi much cheaper than uber 👍

You know what to expect at hotels like this. But why are staff just functional. It can't be what guest want or expect. No engagement, no friendliness, just functional. A real shame

Nice hotel close to Waterloo Station for cruise passengers heading to Southampton. Breakfast was very good and included with the rate. Hotel is also within easy walking distance to the London Eye, Big Be, Parliament and Westminster Abbey. Rates are on the higher end. Rooms were clean and well furnished.

Solo stay

Just returned home from staying at Hampton by Hilton hotel at Waterloo. Loved my time there! Staff were always so friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. I will return next year (hopefully).

Stayed with family

The best part of staying at this hotel was the breakfast that was provided. It was good and had lots of options. The hotel is down the street from the Waterloo Tube Station and there are some restaurants and grocery stores nearby. However, while we were there, the internet and air conditioning was continually down which was very frustrating. Our room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. While some of the staff were helpful, not all of them were. I was travelling with my senior father and some staff would call a cab for us to come to the hotel and some insisted that we use uber to be picked up.
