Charlie Bates Cottage has 2 bedrooms, a queen size bed is in first room and a double bed and set of single bunk beds are in the second. The beds are very comfortable and made quality linen, blankets, electric blankets and feather doonas. Charlie's has been beautifully appointed with quality fittings and furnishings. Reverse cycle air-conditioning provides year round comfort. An LCD HD TV with DVD/CD player, two double sofas (one converts to a double sofa bed) and open log fire place are in the lounge room. A selection of DVD's, books and games are supplied. The modern kitchen has been excellently equipped with a family sized fridge/freezer, microwave, hotplate and wall oven, kettle, all utensils, cookware, glassware and crockery. A spacious heated bathroom contains a beautiful antique claw foot bath, separate shower, hair dryer and toilet. A second toilet is located next to the laundry. An automatic washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board have been provided for
