Clean room, shops nearby. Half hour walk to the Elizabeth Tower and Westminster Abbey. Hotel room is decent. Staff give out great directions when asked. Only thing that sucked was when the lift was out of order. No fun carrying luggage up and down the stairs.

FantasticSolo stay
Good access to Victoria station
Cheap stay for 1 or 2 nights in London but wouldn't stay for longer due to it being a minimalist hotel.

Room was covered in a thick layer of dust, shower was broken, couldn’t sleep because of the noise from other rooms, staff disinterested and not keen to help. Would strongly suggest steering clear.

To be fair, I picked this place knowing it wasnt as nice as others. But there was a razor in the shower and hair in the drain. The shower was obviously not clean. There was rubbish under the bed and the beautiful moulding on the high ceilings had dust so thick I didnt want to look at it. Luckily, we werent in the room much. The bed linens were clean, and it was a safe place to sleep. However, if you have heavy luggage, it might be a bad choice. The lift doesnt actually go to the first floor so you will need to use the stairs. Also, if you are above average weight the shower may be difficult to use. If you are willing to overlook these things for a cheaper room, the location is great and the staff were so kind and helpful. I have super mixed feelings because parts of it were gross but overall we had a good experience.

Our room was disgusting - there was at least an inch of dust in places and had holes in the curtains. It may have had a quick hoover before we arrived, but definitely nothing more than that. Our ensuite bathroom was no better. Neither the toilet, sink nor shower were as clean as one would expect, and the water pressure was practically non-existent! We were there during the hottest may days on record, and I couldn't even get my hair washed because the water pressure was so pathetic!
In the corridors, the wallpaper was falling off the walls. It's such a shame as the hotel is in a prime location and is easily accessible from central London and the landmarks.
We will not be returning though as, even for the price we paid, we were incredibly disappointed by the lack of cleanliness of the rooms.

The stay was great, good location with a QPark around the corner and convenient for our stay.
I would recommend for a low cost option especially if visiting for a Show.
The hotel is no frills and as long as you’re happy with that won’t be disappointed.

Not impressed with what we received for the price, more like a 1* than a 3* hotel
Budget should not mean poor standards.
Decor very worn and tired - needs painting and decorating.
Doors and furniture somewhat tatty, worn and scratched.
Bed lumpy, not great quality.
Bathroom grubby.
The shower was AWFUL - the overhead unit did not work - squirting water at all random directions.
VERY noisy neighbour - the sound-proofing appears to be non-existent between rooms

There’s a restaurant for breakfast one block away and about three blocks away there’s a street with lots of pubs, shops and restaurants. It’s an eleven minute walk to Victoria Station - the nearest subway station.

GoodStayed with family · For friends and family
Hotel was conveniently placed within 10 minutes of the nearest tube station with many ameneties around.
On entering the property we were greeted by a cheerful receptionist and a sign saying sorry no breakfast being served so the image on the website is misleading.
Room was a bit on the small side but it is London so we were expecting this.
Beds comfy but only one pillow and when we requested another one we were told they didnt have any although we weee giben one from a room that wasnt being used.
No kettle in the room which was a little disapointing.
Overall hotel was good value and the inclusion of more pillows and a kettle would greatly help
