the hotel is 5 mins walk away from custom but the staff took awhile to check in ( more than 15 mins). there was an incident where our room was given to another guest due to staff's mistake, luckily we have not check into the room yet. they gave us free upgrade hesitantly.

cleanliness: the room and hotel itself is clean and peaceful hotel location: very near to JB Sentral and JB Checkpoint CIQ, we just walked to and from. service: the staff are so friendly and they even upgrade our room to a bigger room for free breakfast: worth the price and the staff assigned there is so friendly, he always approach us how we are or if we need anything

We really had a great and fantastic time staying in this hotel. It is situated near edtablishments and malls. It also gave us quick access to atm machines, restaurants, and snack shops.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are big. The toilets are nice too. Wengot 2 connecting rooms since we are a family of 5 and it eas great. It’s also very affordable and the staff is accommodating and friendly.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is small but clean and adequate. Location is right next to the customs and easily accessible to malls just next door. Bidet was leaking but can be solved by just turning it off. However, shower water is just lukewarm. Good for short 1 to 2 night stays.

thanks to the management of citrus hotel there kind and hospitality appreciated much. first day is the best our room is very clean and perfect. but our second day a bit disappointed. attention to the house keeping. please do your job properly ok. I hope nxtime when we come back again have improvement for the house keeping. and the staff in front dest please communicate to your house cleaning. and to Mr.jasvin sir thank u thank u so much for your kind and your compliment especially the breakfast and for bed set up very nice and tidy I like it so much. me and my husband very thankful and enjoy our stay in hotel. God bless
