Fantastic
Everything excellent except need second elevator working. I took stairs often so for me not a big inconvenience but some had to wait quite a while in mornings

Good location. Next to a subway station. Walking distance to 911 Memorial. 20 minute subway trip to other major attractions like Rockefeller Center, Central Park, and Times Square. Room clean and comfortable. House keeping daily.

The hotel was great. Property was clean and the staff was attentive. They also stored our bags for us since we arrived before check-in began.

Fantastic
Flowers outside the main door, and ice water available inside (flavored and plain) helped make guests feel welcome on a warm summers day. Well kept property with instant hot water in the bathroom. Cotton sheets a pleasure to be in. Subway lines almost right outside the front door made it easy to get anywhere in Manhattan. Looking forward to my next trip to NYC, and I want to stay at the AMTD Tribeca again.

Below average
Was a low quality place. Elevator wait was always 1min+ and the hallways were disgusting. Rooms were small and reminded me of the early 2000’s. Area surrounding the hotel was terrible; filled with busy roads and dangerous people. Would not recommend this hotel unless you want to be a few feet away from an express subway stop. Not good at all otherwise
