Stayed with kids

Minimal bugs and creatures in the room when it's right next to the field. Great job cleaning and tidying up. We stayed during the field clearing season so the burning/smoke kept us indoor for an hour at sunset until the smoke clear. After that, no problem. We used the pool after the smoke is gone. Food was decent, staff were very nice and helpful.

After not or biking for 6 hours from Da Nang I couldn’t be happier with the oasis I arrived at. As far as I’m aware no other hotel has a view of the valley like this place does. The staff were incredibly helpful and I felt very welcomed. The pool was great especially with the view and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed here for 2 nights and our stay was great. The receptionist was especially great and always went above and beyond whenever we would ask for things. For example, we asked to ride the bikes late in the evening and he went and got them and adjusted all the seats and made sure they all had lights on. When one didn’t, we had our own light that he went and got something to secure it to the bike. When we had to leave, it was quite early and we needed our clothes washed so he organised it to be washed dried and folded all before 7am! Highly recommend this hotel

Hung Nguyen was a great host and the property is very nice and well-known. The Staff is friendly and helpful and the food prepared on-site is good. Room was nice, clean, and the bathroom was also very good. I plan on visiting again and I will make it a point to stay at Karst Villas.

Fantastic place to stay with amazing views, staff and service. Also enjoyed the free bikes and being able to rent a motorbike and go on the cave tours. The staff made everything easy and were very kind!

This property is gorgeous, a hidden gem for sure. The staff are super friendly and so sweet. Our room and bed was very clean and Comfortable. The dining in house has amazing options, food was delicious. I highly recommend!!!

This place is a hidden germ, it’s located in a small street all the way inside. I really enjoyed my stay here. The room is spacious and equipped with A/C in the hot Vietnam weather. Usually hotel food is a hit or miss but this place did not disappoint. All the food I ordered were delicious, plus breakfast is FREE, you just have to order what you want the night before. I would highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay here again whenever I visit Phong Nhà national park since it’s 4km away.
