When we checked in our room aircon was not cold... Mr. Thach attended to my complain and changed my room which was much colder.. Mr. Thach was very professional and well spoken in English.. He is was so nice and helpful.... A good hotel to stay. Million thanks to the management for organising a wedding anniversary cake for us
