The hotel was very clean and surprisingly great for the price we paid.Also the hotel staff was so kind and helpful and addition to all this they have a vegetarian restaurant..Highly recommended .Couldn't ask for more.

The location is superb. Room was clean. Wifi’s strong. I stayed in the 4th floor and there’s no life. The staff helped me bring my luggage upstairs during check in but didn’t helped me bring it down during check out.

the location is so convenient for us as it is near the sleeper bus drop off so we didn’t have to wait or book a grab and just went straight there to check in. The place is good and very spacious with complete basic amenities. And yes they have elevator so you don’t have to worry for your luggage 😌

The owner is very approachable♥️They are kind..they provide what you need..like Meds.. and the hotel itself? no need to mention.. it has everything you need..✅cleanliness.But don't ask for fridge..no need for it since Sapa is quiet cold.esp at night..The location is very nice..near market and bus station going back to Hanoi..And since we love walking arround we really appreciate this hotel location😍Superrbb🇻🇳🥰👍
