Located close enough to Sun Plaza Station that you can enjoy the short walk getting there but far enough so that the streets leading to Sapa Yen is its own quiet corner, away from the hustle and bustle and the endless pour of tourists.
Here, it is easy to find yourself reeling in the whimsy of Sa Pa's views. We woke up to our window looking like a painting. Gorgeous views. Serene.
The staff was warm and welcoming, and the hotel had refreshments available at the front desk. It's the personal touches that complete the experience. Overall, would stay here again.

The hotel location is near Sapa Station, which gives us the flexibility to explore Sun Plaza. Our room no is G102, and we are very happy because the view from our room is the mountains with the iconic monorail of Fansipan. The room was spacious for two people, the bed was very comfortable, clean and smelled good. The only thing we had a hard time, was the heater. It’s difficult to change its temperature. The food in their restaurant was so good except the tom yum😂 their steak is a must-try — it was our favorite from their menu. We also enjoyed the overall dinner because of the view. This hotel has a 9.5 overall rating.

the hotel was in the center of town. the view from our balcony was awesome. Food was good. Staff were very and very accommodating. Mai was especially helpful with our requests and had good recommendations. An overall good experience.

The place is so nice. It is so near on the sapa center and that makes it so accessible. The staff are also so accommodating. Their breakfast is also good with a breathtaking view. Will definitely book this hotel again when we got to go back to Sapa.

The receptionists and restaurant staff were accommodating and friendly. I also love the minimalist concept of the hotel, however, some areas looked empty it could have looked better if some empty spaces have a plant or a decoration, and there are some spots that are not well-cleaned and maintained (especially the room's bathroom tiles). And the balcony mountain view from our room is not that good as the metal roof quitely blocked our view, but it was not a big deal as we can access the viewing deck of the restaurant from our room and the other viewing points are few minutes walk from the hotel.
