I liked this hotel a lot. The rooms appear to have been renovated recently. The check in process was fast and efficient. I also like the security measures taken for keeping guests safe. The only nits that keep me from scoring a 5 are as follows: 1) we weren’t issued a face towel. Only a hair and body towel. Would have been nice to have a small face cloth; 2) Most of the time while in the room, I got the sniffles. Hence, my nose was somehow sensitive to the room air. Once I left hotel I was just fine. Is there possibly a problem with the air filtering in the room? It seemed like there was a lot of dust on the table desktop-even after cleaning it ourselves when we arrived; 3) WiFi was spotty at times. This could have been due to guest demand but it just seemed like my device would freeze. Then, when buffering after 10 seconds or so it would be back to full operation. That’s about it. Keep up the good work!

Good location. Hammersmith train station is at a 5 minutes walk. Well maintained property. However housekeeping services were terrible.

The hotel is not clean , carpets have a lot of stains and hallways) rooms have a bed smell!. I wouldnt stay there again

The Premier Inn at Hammersmith was clean, affordable and in a great location, halfway between the downtown area and Heathrow Airport. They allowed us to drop off our luggage at 8:00am and we didn’t check into our room until 8:00pm. It was a very comfortable experience and I highly recommend it!

The hotel is very nice and clean. I will likely come back when travelling to London.

This was a comfortable and conveniently located hotel. Short walk to Hammersmith Station on the District and circle lines. The room was clean and it was quiet. Can't beat the free breakfast for kids!

Amazing

The location of the hotel is super convenient! 5 minute walk to the Tube or buses. Lots of food in the area. Breakfastin the hotel restaurant is a daily option too. For rooms service, you must request it daily or your room does not get cleaned nor towels refreshed. It's not a luxurious hotel but its decent and convenient.
