The staff was very helpful. Location was a ways from the main touristy locations, but Hammersmith tube station was a couple of blocks away, so easy walk. It was an easy drive by Uber to Heathrow. Restaurant was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable bed. Love the LED lights. I’d do the breakfast inclusion just cuz it’ll be the cheapest meal you’ll get in London lol. There’s no phone in the room as well so u can’t call down for more towels or something so I’d ask at check in for some.

Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast, great location for access to Hammersmith Station. I wish they had a patio area with chairs...that might cut down on people putting cigarettes butts in the outdoor plant containers.

Great When we ask to clean room, it means cleaning the whole room. Not just arranging things. There should be fresh cups in the room without asking.
