The room was big and comfortable, but our room aircon a bit problem, it was leaking at night. The breakfast was nice and the location was good. This hotel has direct access to SKS Mall and has free shuttle to Capri - CIQ JB Central - Holiday Inn JBCC. We will back again to this hotel soonđź‘Ť

The hotel is clean, staffs are helpful & friendly especially Mr Sri Vijan & Ms Lim Pei Yi. Everything was great except for the wifi, which is not very strong. Breakfast were exceptional! Will definitely come back.
