I arrived at the hotel at midnight. No one helped with the luggages or was at the door to greet me upon entering. The way Stephen handled the check-in process was really bad, never have I experienced such a bad and rushed check-in process. I was given a room on the 4th floor, the bed had woodticks and insects on it, I asked to have it changed but the new bedding also had it. Please inspect 4th floor wash and cleaning and bedding entirely for infestation. Check the beds thoroughly. I was then given a room on an upper floor. The day staff (ladies in red) were very pleasant. Breakfast people were great too. The hotel does need renovations.

close to beach and all shopping areas. walking distance to the malls and street markets/bangla stadium. Great location . Room and hotel was clean. Water filter on every floor however low everyday but available all the time in the gym to refill water bottles. Room comes with 2 bottles daily which was great. Breakfast buffet was good but could use more rotation or different selections. Staff were very nice. No issues except getting stuck in the elevator. Tried the help button in the elevator and it did not work. it got really hot in the elevator and we only got help because we had our phones on us and we had to call the hotel and inform them about our situation. An apology was given by staff but discount on breakfast would have been nice too! lol! other than that, great hotel and recommend. Great location, great food in area and beach 5 minutes from hotel. 7 eleven also on the way to the beach which was convenient

There should be more effort to improve vegetarian options in breakfast. Quality of India items are sub standard

Everything was beyond exceptional

We booked a Deluxe Sea View. We got a beautiful and spacious room but we only saw a small piece of the sea. A tiny balcony and the view from it was the roof of the neighboring hotel and a terrible noise of engines that worked 24 hours a day that made it difficult to sleep at night. We complained the next morning at the reception and they promised to get back to us. We have been here for 3 nights and are leaving tomorrow and no one has yet come back to us.

The staff was great and very attentive. Everyone was so helpful.

Things got off to a bad start and didn't really improve after that! Paid extra for room with "partial sea view" but was allocated room with view of a brick wall! Complained but was told they do not have sea view rooms because they are not near the sea and this room option has since been removed from their website. The dispute dragged on and was not resolved to my satisfaction. I was not offered an upgrade or any form of compensation. So many other niggles and frustrations. Balcony got no sun at anytime of day and only had 1 chair. Was promised a second but that never materialised. Pool areas on level 3 badly positioned so they got very little sun if any at all. Also a roof top pool and terrace was widely advertised throughout the hotel but did not exist as they were "still under construction". Brakfast was average with limited "western" options and no coffee machine, just instant. Plenty of thai and indian dishes available but cannot eat spicy food or curry for breakfast. Taxi farce was ubelivable. Afer booking taxi for airport, my flight was rescheduled and delayed by 40 minutes, so I tried to amend the taxi pick up time accordingly. No idea why but this simple task proved to be mission impossible for them. In the end, just flagged one down in the street outside. Overall, staff are willing but seem inexperienced and unable to resolve simple issues. They promise a lot but deliver little. Unfortunately, would not stay here again nor recommend. 👎
