The receptionist is very cheerful- always greeting us with a smile. They allowed to check in early and leave our luggage at the reception area even after checking out. Although there's no elevator, they helped us carry our luggage to our floor. Plus points that they have a souvenir shop on their ground floor with cheaper prices compared to other shops around the area.
