I think the facilities are great. The only problem we had is that it’s very very hot in the room and we can’t use AC. They just have the heater on blast and they suggested that we open the windows but it’s not enough esp my bf and i both sweat at night. The first night was brutal we almost left and moved to another hotel. Also, keep in mind the location of the hotel. It’s an hour commute/uber to Seoul. Doksan station is a 10-15min walk from the hotel. There’s a CU that’s a 2min walk. Nearest bus station is a min walk from the CU. It’s great overall. Housekeeping comes in everyday to replace towels and give water bottles.
