Location is a bit far from KSL mall and mid valley. But the room is big. We reached there 10am and hotel allow us to do check-in first. Message us ard 12plus to say our room is ready. I didnt realised I booked for a city view room and was allocated a room at #9 with those pipes lying there. That was a bit disappointing.

Great hotel to stay in JB. Staff and food was great and was refreshed the next day. Only gripe was the car park exit that was too sharp and tight for a big car. Those driving an MPV to take note.
