We had a wonderful stay at Central Sapa March Hotel. The place is very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Its location is also very convenient—everything you need is nearby, with plenty of restaurants just a short walk away and even a convenience store right downstairs. It’s also within walking distance to popular spots like Sun Plaza Station and the church, which made exploring the area so easy for us. What we appreciated the most was the kindness of the staff. They were very accommodating and attentive, always making sure our room was well taken care of and regularly replenishing toiletries. Overall, we truly loved the place. It’s perfect for travelers who want comfort, convenience, and great service. Highly recommended!

Good hotel, Good location,

I would like to share my experience staying in Sapa. Initially, I booked a hotel room through Klook, but it turned out that Klook used a third-party service, Expe***, and my booking had not yet been confirmed by the hotel. I only discovered this when I arrived in Sapa at around 6 a.m. We immediately contacted the hotel, and fortunately they responded very quickly and offered a solution. Since all rooms at Central Sapa March Hotel were fully booked, the owner kindly arranged another room for us at their other property, July Hotel. We did not mind because the location is very close to the city center and Sapa Lake. The room was very clean and even exceeded our expectations. During our stay, Erik and all the staff were extremely helpful and responsive. They assisted us with renting a motorbike and booking our return bus. They are also very friendly and speak excellent English, so communication was very easy. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again🥰❤️
