Great stay at Hotel Florence! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a really pleasant stay at Hotel Florence. The hotel is quiet, the rooms are clean, and the bed was comfortable. I also loved the view from the dining area—you can see the Dragon Bridge, another beautiful bridge, and even the Ferris wheel. ✨ The staff were very kind, accommodating, and presentable. The hotel also smelled really nice and clean, which made the overall experience even better. One thing we really appreciated was the weighing scale at the reception area. It was so helpful to check our luggage weight before heading to the airport, especially since we wanted to make sure we wouldn’t have excess baggage. Such a thoughtful and convenient amenity for travelers! ✈️ Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Hotel Florence for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Da Nang. ❤️

cleanliness: The place is clean and very comfortable! hotel location: ealking distance from Lotte mart and many cafes! breakfast: delicious breakfast! service: Staff are so accommodating and friendly!! Miss Anh and Miss Phuong at the reception are helpful and informative, and can speak and understand english so it was easy to communicate our needs! Stellar service, will definitely book here again in the future!

Room was clean and spacious. We were given the city view. The male staff was very helpful in assisting us with our luggages (both arrival and departure). The buffet breakfast is ample and is served as early as 0630H to 0930H everyday. The lift doesn’t reach the 8th floor so everyone needs to take the stairs from the 7th floor. The location of the hotel is good in a sense that it is quiet and not too busy. It is surrounded by Lotte mart, spas, coffee shops and restaurants. It is merely a 3km ride to the airport. We enjoyed our stay here.

The room is beautiful. There's a bathtub and the toilet is automated (heated toilet seat, auto bidet). The environment is very clean and the hotel lobby was decorated with real flowers. The location is situated right next to a mall. Their top floor (where the restaurant is) has beautiful view of the city. The staff there were lovely and was very welcoming.
