the hop inn hotel onnut is one of the best hotel experience for me. the room is very clean and it feels like home when we arrived last saturday. they have friendly staffs. every morning they serve free coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. very accessible to the bts train.

Great location! Near the BTS line and a few steps from a 7/11 store and the Lotus Supermarket. There's also a 'night market' in front of Lotus so you will not ran out of food options.

I experienced so many "first time" in this budget hotel. Firstly, there's no phone inside the room, therefore when I asked for a hair blow dryer I have to go down to the reception to ask for it, I have to paid a B100 deposit but this wasn't surprised me. But what if I have an emergency inside the room ? Secondly, I was asking for a pair of slippers, but the front desk told me that the hotel didn't have any slippers for the guests even though I was willing to pay for it. Therefore, I had to be bare foot on the cold floor. Thirdly, the three clothes hangers inside the room probably very expensive and the management might afraid it will be stolen that's why you can never take them out and ending up with a hard time if you want to hang you clothes or pants. The hotel is still new and the cleanliness is still acceptable. Well, there shouldn't be too much complaints and expectations for a budget hotel room, but since I saw that it is manage by the Erawan Group, there should be still a lot of improvements to be made.
