The island escape is a very special experience. You can feel the tranquil atmosphere of the forest and the see. everything is beautiful and stylish and well organized, including the boat transfer. The stuff and the food are amazing. It's a wonderful relax escap.

staff was professional and friendly. Boy (Buggy driver) gave us a short tour around the island which was really nice and Tan (receptionist) is excellent and helpful. the entire experience was one of the best in my life. no regret.

I had a delightful stay on this island and will definitely comeback if I have the chance, everything was perfect, I have seen quite few complaints about the golf cart and how they take time to pick the visitors, however, I suggest you take walks to the lobby or anywhere else, much better experience. I recommend taking the pool access and room, it was pure pleasure.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. They were very helpful with everything to accommodate the stay. 10/10 no doubt!!! The only thing was the location and to get to the hotel after late night was very inconvenient.
