Despite at the central location of Shinjuku, this hotel is surrounded by lively while quiet atmosphere. The bed is soft as well so that I could sleep very well. Plus, you can use every inch of the room to place your luggage with ease unlike the usual japan hotels with 11-14m sq.

the hotel was really clean & the location was perfect and near the main areas. however, the hotel is near clubs so there’s quite a few people loitering around the hotel entrance esp at night so just gotta be wary :) other than that, would def recommend this place!

Nice location of the hotel. It’s in Shinjuku-Kabukicho but quiet. Rooms is a bit spacious compare to other hotel. Hotel staffs are friendly, was booked on King standard room but since the room is small I ask if we could just move to queen standard and they upgraded it without extra fee.

hotel location: It’s a long way after landing at Narita- so get a rapid express train to Shinjuku. But not far if you’re flying into Haneda. It’s somewhat hidden at street level, but look up and the hotel tower is clearly signed. Need to access it in a back street which is not well lit at night so it’s great for adults, Not ideal for having Independant youngsters/ teens.
Room: we loved it. others didn’t. :tiny so don’t choose a room with bed on the floor if you can’t handle getting up and down easily. pick the other option with a full bed
