My stay at this hotel was okay. The room was very nice. Looked exactly like the photos. What brings the grade down for me is the amenities and the quality of service from the staff. The toilet in my room worked properly, however the water in the toilet would periodically begin to give off a foul unpleasant odor. When I addressed the issue with the staff, nothing was done to correct the issue. Not sure if it is related to some sort of plumbing issue, but hopefully it is corrected in the future. Additionally, several times myself and my companion attempted to order room service to our room, these items were never delivered.. Other than that the hotel is ok. Bedding was fine. Very large Television. View was beautiful. It is located in a quiet area. Typically only took ~30 Mins to get to downtown Seoul. Plenty of restaurants in the area.

Property was clean and convenient for our purposes. The availability of charging cables was much appreciated. Negatives were (1) AC blew on me when lying down, (2) no hooks or towel bars in the bathroom to hang towels or clothing, (3) door to bathroom was translucent so the bathroom light shined into the sleeping area, (4) like most hotels, the pillows were too high and the heavy quilts in the summer were unnecessary and an inconvenience.

The room itself was nice with good proximity to my destination (Bukhansan), but there was a decent amount of street noise and for quite some time I couldn't figure out that a screeching noise was attributed to the bath tubs very slightly open valve.

Liked the top floor bar. Convenient location. Easy to get to with bus ride from airport plus short taxi ride

Great stay, the property is located next to the train station for an easy commute. Staff is very professional and courteous.

Very New and Modern Hotel with everything you need.

Properly was good however strong cigarette smell during the stay . Non smoking hotel but smoking smell exist .

Nice modern hotel and clean but too far away from the shopping area! Always by taxi to shopping centre at least over one hour to shopping location!
