Very comfortable stay at Base, well attended by the friendly staff and attendant! Always helpful with information and luggages. While it is located in a narrow street within a hutong, but no cab has rejected going into the street, perhaps because we are with a child. Special shout-out to Sophia for assisting us! Will look forward to stay here again next time we visit Beijing!

Great hotel, with great staff well situated close to shopping district, forbidden City and Tiananmen square. 10/10 for cleanliness, comfort and size. Ample variety for breakfast though the busy morning rush could leave you waiting for a seat. 7/11 was 3 minutes walk away and McDonald's across the street. Really just a great 4 1/2 star hotel.
