Our experience with these bus passes were great and definitely worth it for a full day exploring Auckland! All the staff were amazing so kind and helpful especially the man who printed our tickets at the bus stop station in the city and all the drivers we met that day were just as lovely! We had brilliant views everywhere we went and it stopped at the perfect places giving us plenty to do and see on our stay here, would definitely recommend!

At the beginning, I made a wrong meeting point, arrived at the wrong place and exceeded the meeting time. I was worried about missing this long-awaited itinerary. I didn’t expect the tour group to reply to the message immediately and send another car to pick up my friend and me to meet other travel companions in the same group. The tour guide warmly welcomed us and asked us to quickly buy some food and drinks and bring them to the car to enjoy. I am super satisfied with the tour guide's full explanation. The desired drop-off location allows us to complete the entire trip in a comfortable and comfortable way!

We were shown around by our tour guide, Huzefa. I was a little worried about the small group tour because I didn't understand much English, but he guided us around very carefully. Even when I didn't understand something, he told me "Don't worry" and I felt very relieved. The tour was very fulfilling and fun. I was so impressed to see the kiwis and glow worms that were our objective! It was a wonderful memory. It will be a memory that I will cherish forever. Thank you very much.

Good experience to learn about the city of Auckland. Tour guides were knowledgeable and very sharing throughout the ride, giving details of parts of the city 👍. Lunch was rather rushed though and ate in the car after packing a pie😊.

The driver was Raymond, and the best Korean-tailored bullet delivery driver👍 If I could speak English well, I think I would have enjoyed Hobbiton and the cave more while listening to the guide's explanation, but I had to go around as I pleased, so it was a little disappointing. The scenery was amazing, and I was satisfied with the pictures I took at every place I went, and the price was much cheaper than other packages, so it was the most satisfying trip. Honestly, I'm not sure if I would go again if I had the chance, but I think I wouldn't regret going at least once.

I booked the tour pretty last minute was wondering if the tour is still happening. to my surprise, they called me in the morning to inform me about the pick up time and that the tour is confirmed. Pick up and drop off at my hotel. It was a fantastic experience. Our driver / tour guide, Michelle, was both attentive and knowledgeable, always making sure to answer questions and provide detailed insights about New Zealand. The tour went smoothly, with everything running on time and organized perfectly. It was a well-rounded experience that made learning about the area enjoyable and engaging. Highly recommended!

Kelly was our guide. he explained a lot of things about the history of Auckland and New Zealand as a whole. it indeed a wonderful experience and we had so much fun with the other members of the group. Kelly cane to pick us up at the meeting point on time. Thank you Kelly!

The course was presented at below…You will be picked up with other members at each hotels at about 6:00am. Then, we would go to Hobbiton and arrived about 8:30am. We would get on shuttle bus to Hobbiton scinic area and were guided with tour guider and stay till about 11:30am. We then arrived at Te Puia Moari institute at 12:45pm. The tour-guider would introduce Māori culture and Kiwis, geyser would be watched there. We started to return to Auckland at about 3pm. Finally we passed through Rotorua Lake and returned to Auckland. We returned to our hotel at about 6pm-6:30pm. Thank for our tourist guide Mr. ADil, under his detailed commentary and assistance, we have best experiences.
