The hotel service was good. The hotel is located next to the side gate of Ikuta Shrine, in a quiet environment, and the massage was also good. Free coffee is provided in the hotel lobby on the 1st floor. The room can accommodate a suitcase size of 24-26 inches, and you can see Ikuta Shrine directly from the room window. During my stay, many international tourists were staying at the hotel. It is not far from various subway lines, and you can find various restaurants, drugstores, etc. in the surrounding area (breakfast was not used this time).

The room looks comfortably spacious with a modern design, featuring a tidy bed and soft lighting, perfect for relaxation. The windows provide natural light, adding brightness, and the space is well-utilized, making us look forward to our stay. I stayed one night in a semi-double bed single room. The staff responded in English. The room condition was excellent. The building across the street seems to be an office, but the hotel surroundings are quiet, making it good for sleeping. The chair has wheels, making it easy to move around, and it's nice to have an electronic clock and lighting control near the bed. You can leave your luggage after checking out. There are bath salts in front of the front desk, which are free, and it seems you can take one per person. The staff were all friendly when I checked in and checked out. There's a 7-Eleven within a minute's walk, and it's perfect for shopping because it's near Hankyu Department Store and the shopping street. I'm willing to use it again next time I come to Kobe.

Great location, close to JR and Portliner stations, with an Aeon supermarket nearby open until 11:00 PM, and a tonkatsu fast food chain open until 2:00 AM. Skincare samples are available in the lobby, and there's a Luup bike rental spot right outside the hotel, which is very convenient.

The single bed can accommodate 1 adult and a 4-year-old child. The connecting rooms have ample space for two 28-inch suitcases. The two toilets have separate showers, allowing adults and children to sleep separately on one bed. The beds are comfortable and well-cleaned. Cleanliness: 10/10 Hotel Location: 10/10
