Our guide Cristina was so lovely, caring and passionate about her job! Very knowledgeable, we saw things and learnt about things we had not expected. My Mum is a well into her 70’s and Cristina was always looking out for her. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

Our guide Patrick Sweeney was amazing and really made the centuries old place come to life with his stories and relevance/meaning to our lives today. Very inspiring and informative.

The trip was good and whatever said was in a provided. But this 4 star is because my overall experience wasn't that great based on the actual arrangements made. I had expected to finish the Catacombs and the Crypt museum tour together within a single journey. Whereas the Crypt tour was to be done later whenever and the mode to reach there was the hop on hop off bus, which was trouble some, as the source and destination points had to be located and walked a lot which meant the trip couldn't complete in given time.

it was an awesome way to spend a couple of hours! dont be too early tho, not much to do there before they open!!

After checking in, the tour guide will distribute tickets and audio guides to the group members (please keep your tickets safe, as they will be checked at least twice after entering the Vatican). Our tour guide was very responsible and knowledgeable, providing us with detailed explanations of the historical background and interesting facts about the Vatican and its architecture, which was very enriching. Please note that once you leave a building within the Vatican, you cannot re-enter it. If you wish to visit again, you will need to purchase another ticket (for example, once you leave the museum for the chapel, you cannot return to the museum). Also, this tour does not include Raphael's Rooms. Tickets to climb the dome must be purchased separately. The dome has two levels: the first level has 300 steps (with an elevator), and the second level to the very top has 200 steps (no elevator). From the highest building in Rome, you can overlook the entire city.

Our Vatican Museums tour was outstanding. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive throughout the entire experience. She made sure everyone stayed together and never felt lost, which we really appreciated given how busy it can be. Her explanations were clear, engaging, and full of insight, bringing the history and artwork to life. She guided us seamlessly through the museums—truly a magnificent experience from start to finish.

Sharon was a delight! She was warm, vivacious and really knows her stuff!! She is 67 and has been a local for 42 yrs. This tour is not something you just read in Wikipedia. Enjoyed it. Learned a lot. Absolutely perfect. No notes.
