Things to do in Opera del Duomo Museum

The e-voucher provided by the Klook platform cannot be used directly. The organizer will send the tickets via email the day before your visit, so please be sure to check your email attachments! Large backpacks and handbags are not allowed inside the cathedral. You must first deposit your luggage at the storage area located to the left-rear exterior of the Florence Cathedral, using your ticket for entry (the staff were very kind, asking if we needed to carry water and even thoughtfully provided a museum shopping bag for our water bottles). While entry to the cathedral itself is free, access to the crypt area in the basement requires a ticket. We highly recommend visiting the crypt area and museum for friends who appreciate architecture and history!

we enjoyed the tour guide a lot she was wonderful and very thorough. we would have liked the option to go into the church but we saw the outside and it is stunning.

Didn’t know that you have to exchange for the real ticket at the office first before queuing. Luckily the lady let me in instead of asking me to queue on my time slot again. Otherwise nice small museum with other old sculptures and musical instruments.

Had an excellent time on our tour. The sites that we saw were so beautiful. definitely worth the time to see a little bit of Tuscany. We were able to climb the leaning tower of Pisa and the view was amazing.

This was very good. host was really lovely and very insightful and there are a lot of paintings and statues everywhere. I also need more Klook cash so this is my review to get more. Yayyyyyy.

Although I'm not an art expert, I was overwhelmed by the numerous works on display, from famous pieces to ones I'd never seen before. The museum's layout is very spacious and enjoyable, and being able to see so many works for the admission price feels like a great value. I'd love to visit again.

Booking the tickets through here is very convenient - highly recommended as the queue is very long and quite impossible to secure the tickets. David is an absolute masterpiece as well, definitely worth the trip.

the tickets are easily redeemable from the tour operators. we were a bit late (about 10 minutes) but they still waited for us. the gallery itself was a great experience, although the collection was more than i expected. best to allot 3 hours for this activity.
